Event RSVP Form Module

Free bookings on the event itself. Places count down as people book.

Visitors book a place on a free event, or join its waitlist once it fills. The form works with JavaScript switched off, and every booking is confirmed by email with a calendar file.

Live Booking

Book a real place

This form takes real bookings for Designing Event Pages in Divi 5. Book a place and the count drops by one. Your confirmation email has a calendar file and a link to give the place back.

Book a place

95 of 100 places left

We use your email only for this booking.

Booking States

One form, four states

When an event fills, the form turns into a waitlist. When nobody can book, it says why instead of showing a button that does nothing.

Open

There is room. The count shows how many places are left.

Waitlist

Every place is taken. New bookings join a queue and move up on their own when a place is given back.

Join the waitlist

20 of 25 places left on the waitlist

All 12 places are taken. If one opens up, it goes to the next person on the list without them doing anything.

Sold out

Every place is taken and there is no waitlist, so the form says so.

Sold outAll 8 places have been taken.

Closed

Bookings have a window. Outside it, the form says when they opened or closed.

After Booking

What every visitor gets

Nothing to set up. The emails go out from your own site, and the reminder timing is one setting.

Confirmation email

Sent the moment the place is taken, with the event details and a calendar file to save it.

Reminder before the event

One hour, one day, two days or a week before the start, or no reminder at all.

A link to their booking

Opens the booking to check it or give the place back. The next person on the waitlist moves up on their own.

Online link for confirmed places

An online event can keep its link for people with a confirmed place, off the public page.

Event Source

Three ways to place it

Choose which event the form books. The plugin's own event page already has one.

On the event page

The plugin's single event page carries the form below the details, with nothing to place.

In a Theme Builder template

Set Event to "This event", and one template serves every event that takes bookings.

On any page

Pick "A specific event", as this page does, or "Next upcoming event".

Design Panel

Fully styleable

Fonts, colors, backgrounds and borders for the heading, labels, fields, button and messages, all from the Divi design panel.
